Rise Collaborative Health
RISE Collaborative Health is a business with a mission: to increase timely access to first class health care. This is achieved by establishing Nurse Practitioner Clinics within purpose designed Complete Care Pharmacies across Australia.
“The health care landscape is changing,” said RISE’s Director and Nurse Practitioner Hazel Bucher.
“The collaboration between nurse practitioners and pharmacists provides a service that is greatly appreciated by the community.”
“I am hopeful my business will provide many hours of clinical access for Australian communities, because of this I wanted to make sure I had the correct business structure.”
Hazel sought advice through the Tasmanian Government’s Tasmanian Business Advice Service (TBAS) and met with James Robinson from In-tellinc – one of the service’s independent business advisors.
“I am first and foremost a clinician without a business background,” said Hazel, “so I was very appreciative of the opportunity to talk to an experienced and established businessman.”
James worked with Hazel to establish and implement changes to the business structure.
“James provided information for me to consider and time in which to do that,” said Hazel.
“The structure we have now is much stronger and more protective of me personally.”
Hazel said, “accessing the service helped me achieve my goal of setting up my business professionally, safely and with a structure that enables success.”
“The process was seamless and with his support, I feel I can move forward with confidence.”
